Description

In the South of Thailand, at one small Café which is well-known now, it has a young man who believes in South Robusta to be a worldwide reputation. His name is “Oomsin”.

Back in around 2016, Oomsin had a cup of coffee, which fascinated him to start the Coffee Brewing Paths. He started a small Café in Chumporn (South of Thailand) to sell coffee. However, his path was not smooth like he had thought at the beginning.

The Café had very few clients, and his brewing at that time could not impress anyone. But, he still keeps making trials on roasting and brewing. He spent his money on educating, researching, and brewing.  Adjusting the Temperature, Green Bean Selection, Farming Factor, and others, through his 100 Trials to make the complex robusta bean. Then, finally, he achieved!!

The signature bean is South Salak. This cup creates a new experience that inspires anyone to move from the Black Hole of Life.
